Injector ANS 54

Injector ANS 54 is a device for injection through a needle, brine into the meat. Can be used for injecting various types of meat: poultry, pork and beef,with bones and without. The device belongs to a new generation of machines. It is equipped with Mitsubishi servomotor drive which allows precise and repeatable injection. Processor with touch panel allows you to program the following parameters:

the height of lifting and lowering the needles
the speed of the needle head up and down
system of the needle puncture
jump of the transport  belt
pressure
the moment of injection

Needle block is closed (sealed) without flexible hoses. Needles and pressure plate are pneumatically amortized, brine supply valve is pneumatically opened, and the actuator is positioned over the conveyor belt, which prevents the flooding and heating of the meat. Machine equipped with centrifugal, stainless steel pump with fluent performance control. The machine is designed to work with a rotating filter (see brine filter FS), which is an essential element of this set of injector. A set of such injection possibilities (efficiency) it would be equipped with a brine preparation station (see brine mixer SP).
