Aparatul este destinat pentru amestecarea masă de carne în întreprinderile mici și mijlocii. Acesta este echipat cu un ax cu palete special amenajate. Acesta este produs în două versiuni: fără vacuum (echipat cu capac ajurata) și vid (echipat cu un capac complet care este ridicat cu ajutorul unei transmisii manuale). Descărcarea lot se face prin schimbarea sensului de rotație. Mixerul este ajustat la descărcarea de materii prime direct în cărucioare standard de 200L.

Societatea Inwestpol Consulting Polonia  este producatoare de  utilaje utilizate in general in industria alimentara si in mod special  in industria alimentara a carnii.
