LOADING DEVICE PR

 

Most loading device PR is designed for loading meat placed in the trolley 200 l (type U-200) to the butchers devices such as Grinders, Mixers, Tumblers, Stuffers, cutters, etc.. The lift has a lifting height adjustable in the range from 1400 to 2000 mm . In the basic version, it is necessary to anchoring to the ground, but it is possible to integrate it with the device, to which is fed the raw and then it is not necessary to do separate anchorage. It can also be designed in a mobile version, which is equipped with a moving construction  (set of wheels) for easy change its location (possibility to work with several devices). The structural element is a lifting self-locking trapezoidal screw.

  • Made of stainless and acid-proof steel.
  • Mast loading device PR can cooperate with each meat processing machine where loading from the carriage of type U-200 is demanded, ex. grinder PK, mixer PW, tumbler MA or stuffer.
  • It is possible to regulate the height of the loading device in a range of: 1400 – 2000 mm. If the device works as integral part of another machine, there is no need to brace it. In the standard version the device must be braced to the floor.
  • Loading device PR 300 is made of acid resistant steel, what provides its durability and easy cleaning.
